Deposits, cancellations & refunds
A non-refundable deposit per person per trip is required (see each trip for amount). Payment in full is required when booking is made less than 90 days before the departure date. Space is subject to cancellation by Pixelchrome, Inc. if payment is not received when due.
In the event that we do, at our discretion, decide to provide a refund we charge a $250 admin fee. Alternatively we may be able to transfer your deposit to an alternate tour without an additional fee.
Cost increases may occur unexpectedly due to rising costs of airfares, ground transport, fuel surcharges, accommodations and currency fluctuations, among others. While we try to avoid doing so, we may be compelled to amend prices, and we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. An increase in trip prices shall not be sufficient grounds for any refund of funds paid for the trip other than as determined by the terms of our cancellation policy.
Final payments are due 90 days before the start of the trip.
Canceling your trip
If you wish to cancel your tour you must send notification in writing to:

No refund will be provided for a Pixelchrome, Inc Photography Tour/Workshop which has been paid in full within 90 days of departure or anytime after departure.

We strongly urge you to evaluate your risk and to take out insurance on your trip with our partner Travel Insured in the event that bad weather, illness or any other emergency, causes delays or prevents you from reaching your destination during your trip. This should also cover any losses which you may incur, for which Pixelchrome, Inc is not responsible.
Refunds for services that are voluntarily not used by you cannot be made.
